Billing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Both plans start with 7 days free with every feature, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged.
- What currency are prices in? Do they include tax?
- Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are when you check out.
- Who will appear on my statement?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the charge appears as Paddle. Paddle also sends your invoices and receipts.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment for a full refund, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for details.
- Can I change plan or cancel?
- Any time. Upgrades apply straight away, downgrades from your next billing date. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
